Carol Roche, Ph.D., provides consulting services
directed at developing and enhancing human
resources...the most valuable resource in our current
corporate culture. Roche Consulting uses an array of
performance engineering technology and motivation
enhancement tools to identify, harness and maximize the
untapped potential of a company's human resource assets.
Dr. Roche has combined her 13 years of management,
partnership and business ownership to provide an
integrated and experiential approach to her client's
needs. In her work with individual clients, typical
services include advisor to the chief executive,
developing key leaders and managers, derailment
prevention with valued but underperforming contributors,
careerpath development, pre-employment assessment,
conflict resolution and organizational effectiveness. In
working with organizations, Dr. Roche assists clients
identify, assess, and improve mission critical human
resource problems. To provide these services, Dr. Roche
partners with individuals and organizations to identify
and maximize their strengths and to provide alternative
perspectives in behavioral change strategies.
Dr. Roche has worked with a broad range of clients
including chief executives, key managers, professionals
and individual contributors in the areas of health care,
pharmaceuticals, science and energy, information
technology, banking and finance, insurance, advertising
and journalism, and sports.
Dr. Roche is also a Principal in The Global Consulting
Partnership. The TGCP is a closely affiliated network of
several hundred consultants made up of advanced degree
consultants who are uniquely qualified to provide
focused and coordinated consulting services for
management development and organizational development
projects for local, national and international clients.
Carol Roche took her undergraduate training at Marquette
University, where she also earned a Masters in
Physiology. She holds a doctorate in Physiology and
Biophysics from Georgetown University. After eleven
years of managing and consulting in medical and applied
medical services, she obtained a doctorate from Ohio
University in Clinical Psychology. She completed an APA
approved clinical internship and post-doctoral
fellowship which included a strong emphasis on Employee
Assistance Program clients. |
